ACCOMMODATION

For your information, here are the main hotels booked during previous editions:

DO YOU NEED A VISA?

All foreign nationals wishing to come to France must be able to present at the border the required supporting documents relating to the purpose of their stay, means of subsistence and accommodation conditions.

As a general rule, unless exempt, a visa is required. It must be applied for before departure at the relevant French Embassy or Consulate in the applicant's country of residence.

You can apply for a tourist visa or a business visa. However, a business visa application requires a large number of supporting documents. We therefore encourage you to apply for a tourist visa.

If you are applying for a Business Visa, the AOF can send you a Letter of Invitation. Any other supporting documents (travel invoices, accommodation receipts) are your responsibility.

For more detailed information, we invite you to consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to contact the French Embassy or Consulate in your country.

To facilitate your participation in the AOF Congress, we can provide you with a letter of invitation, which will allow you to apply for your visa or your scientific congress application.
