Optometry, Contact Lens fitting and Optical practice and education has always been challenging. Especially during and after COVID times, the challenge to keep oneself motivated applies both to practitioners as well as to educators. Using a positive psychology certificate into every day practice has been a big advantage in my life. During this interactive presentation/ workshop, practical aspects of exercising positive interventions in Optics and Optometry practice may be proved useful during difficult times and enhance the well-being, resilience and flourishing of Optics and Optometry Clinicians, Practitioners and Educators
